Project Description:

The Wheelhouse Media project consisted of  a truly unique office renovation located in the Historic 1800’s Foundry Mill building in downtown Charlotte, NC.

The project is a 3,500 square foot space including a movie production studio, bar/lounge, and communal work stations. The emphasis was on utilizing the unique features of exposed ceiling, original hardwood floors, and other aspects of the historic building. It is truly a unique work environment that blends historic rehab with modern office needs.
