Project Description:

The Hunstad Center for Cosmetic Surgery is 11,500 square foot +/- facility located in Huntersville, North Carolina. The space is industry-certified by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. It features a fully functional operating suite with 2 ORs, well-appointed doctor’s offices with balconies and conference areas, staff area, patient-procedural rooms, and a fully functional independent Medi-Spa. The project was started during the construction of the building shell, to meet the strict timeline of the developer and tenant, and delivered at the same time of the building.
