Interior Office Upfit & Exterior Entrance Renovation– Charlotte, NC

Project Description:

The Outsource Group/Parallon was a 20,000 square foot data center office renovation.  This was done in five phases while employees continued to work in this facility.  Complete renovation of the old starter offices to an open floor plan, plenty of outside light to spread throughout, and private offices for managers. They added new training rooms, break room, restrooms, and exterior generator install. 

The original construction budget of five phases was condensed into four phases and delivered to the client 30 days early.  The project was completed in 150 days to meet the landlord and tenant’s demands.
