Project Description:

The Multi Tenant Day Care project is a free standing 14,000 square foot +/- building located in the Huntersville Plaza, Retail Center.  The project features 2 - 1,500 square foot retail units unfitted to a warm shell, and a turn key educational facility built for a national day care operator. The building features natural stone accents, fire suppression systems, sophisticated training rooms, and a play area with playground equipment.
