Metrolina Eye Associates was a new office up-fit. The client expanded into Indian Land, South Carolina.

DCG Construction was hired to do construction on this 3,100 square foot project.  The new office for Metrolina Eye consisted of new exam rooms, waiting area, reception desk, restrooms, and optical shop. The desired budget and construction timeline on this project were kept in tact all the while providing a high-end finish for this project. The project was completed in 75 days to meet the tenant’s demands.
