Interior Restaurant Upfit

Project Description:

The MayoBird & Summit Room are located in Dilworth and are brand new concepts for business owner, Deedee Mills.  This concept took over spaces that were once Brueggers and Caribou Coffee.  Both spaces share the same kitchen.  Mayobird serves breakfast and lunch, while SummitRoom serves dinner and has a full bar. 

The project  consisted of up fitting the project to the tenant’s plans and specifications. The project consisted of patio dining, bar area, full kitchen, and interior dining space all with recycled barn wood, tin roofs, and flare for good old fashioned chicken salad.
