Miami Beach meets Charlotte! Jon Ric Medical Spa was a 4,800 square foot up-fit for a medical spa office. There are 4 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, doctor’s private office, and treatment rooms. The lobby area is very open with 26 foot windows overlooking Park Road Shopping Center and Woodlawn Road.  The designer was from Miami, the architect was from Charlotte. Décor is stained concrete floors, wave walls with LED lights that change colors, and white quartz countertops. This project was completed within budget and on time.
