Industrial & Office Expansion – Indian Trail, NC

Project Description:

The Double Radius Expansion is an expansion of an existing industrial flex space client that needed to expand both the office area and the warehouse. The 10,000 square foot expansion consists of new conference rooms, open cubicle area, and shipping and receiving areas.  The project included site work, structural steel building added to the existing building, and parking lot rework. The interior finishes provide a contemporary work place to meet the demand of Double Radius’ high tech customers.
