Project Description:

347 North Caswell Street addition and renovation is located in Elizabeth neighborhood.  The 12,000 square foot building is being completely renovated adding 12 new window openings and a 1,200 square foot elevator addition and complete exterior overhaul. The complex renovation is being completed under a strict timeline to meet the medical tenant’s goals.
